Pierre Terjanian knows arms and armor. As the former curator of arms and armor at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Terjanian consulted on the integration of the Higgins Armory Collection into the Worcester Art Museum’s collection. And through his work at both The Met and the Philadelphia Art Museum, he has years of experience bringing arms and armor to life. Now the director of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Terjanian joins us for a special talk celebrating the opening of the Worcester Art Museum’s new Arms and Armor Galleries and the significance of this once-in-a-generation milestone.
