Members of the media are welcome to information related to current and upcoming exhibitions, events, collection information, and initiatives. The Worcester Art Museum’s communications and marketing staff is available to assist in scheduling interviews, providing background information, coordinating on-site photography and videography requests, and providing images.

To request press images, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the department will provide you with a link to access high resolution images and appropriate caption information.
Working press may receive one free admission ticket by presenting their press ID to Museum staff at the information desk upon entry.
To obtain permission to film, photograph, or interview on the Worcester Art Museum campus for press purposes, contact the Museum’s Marketing and Communications Department at least two business days prior at email@example.com. Press filming and photo shoots are typically scheduled in advance on Mondays and Tuesdays when the Museum is closed. See below for photography guidelines.

Members of the media who wish to film or take photography inside the Worcester Art Museum must be accompanied by a member of the Communications and Marketing Department. During photo shoots, we ask that all free-standing film and lighting equipment be properly weighted and all electrical cords taped. Published images of the Worcester Art Museum and its collections must be accompanied by appropriate credit lines. Site visits or pre-filming/photography meetings may be requested to assess the physical requirements and restrictions. View list of approved photography equipment (PDF 51KB).
Photography requests for non-editorial purposes (i.e. commercial use, academic reports, books, etc.) should be emailed to email@example.com.
