- Are membership purchases refundable?
No. Memberships are not refundable.
- How many membership cards will I receive?
Single memberships will receive one membership card.
Double memberships will receive two membership cards
Triple memberships will receive three membership cards.
- How long will it take to receive my membership card?
You will receive your membership card(s) within 7 business days of a membership purchase.
- I lost/forgot my membership card. What should I do?
Present a photo ID at any admissions desk to receive admission for the day.
- How do I replace a lost membership card?
If you lose your membership card, please call the Membership Department at 508.793.4300 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a $5 card replacement fee. (New)
- Do members receive complimentary passes to the Worcester Art Museum?
Yes, each member will receive one complimentary one-time guest pass. The passes will be included in the member package along with the permanent membership card. Please allow 7 business days for passes to arrive. Passes must be in-hand for use at the admissions desks
- How do I purchase a membership?
Memberships may be purchased online, by direct mail, and at our Guest Services desks inside the Museum.
- How do I renew my membership?
Memberships are not automatically renewed, however, this option is coming soon. Renewal requests will be sent to you via mail or email. You may renew online, on-site, or by mail.
- Can guest passes be used without the member present?
- If I lost my guest passes, can they be replaced?
Lost guest passes may be replaced once per year.
- When will I begin to receive my membership benefits?
Immediately upon purchasing a membership your benefits are in effect until the expiration of the membership.
