Worcester Art Museum seeks experienced Marketing, Communications and Design Coordinator to organize activities within department to ensure projects and efforts run on time and on budget. The Marketing Coordinator will also facilitate the production and insertion of all advertising as planned by the department manager as well as work with the manager to evaluate advertising campaigns. Other duties include coordinating social media and e-newsletters, assisting with media relations, office management responsibilities, including distribution of mail, scheduling department meetings, supply inventory and maintaining department paper, and electronic files.
The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, excellent scheduling and organizational skills, and proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity in Adobe Acrobat Reader and Photoshop a plus. Must have a B.A. in related field or equivalent work, plus two years of experience in a directly related field.
