The Worcester Art Museum presents a variety of exquisite spaces for groups or individuals to host wedding receptions, ceremonies, cocktail receptions, dinners, meetings, or other events. From an expansive, 100-year-old Renaissance Court, to an intimate atrium, the Worcester Art Museum creates the perfect ambiance for an exceptional gathering. From concept to completion, our staff is highly experienced in every aspect of event planning, and will work with you to ensure your occasion is a unique and truly memorable event.

The Museum offers our own innovative catering service, The Museum Café. We also work with a preferred list of creative caterers. We will work closely with you and the selected caterer to customize a menu your guests will savor. The Museum has a full liquor license and will provide all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

We are pleased to recommend additional resources, including flowers, cakes, entertainment, audio/visual equipment, and related technical staff. If you contract any of these services, the Events department will coordinate their delivery for you.

To complement your event, you may want to offer your guests a Docent led tour or an opportunity to view one or more of our galleries on their own. The Worcester Art Museum houses a world-renowned art collection that spans over fifty centuries from ancient mosaics to contemporary art. The fees for these options vary, depending on the galleries and length of time they are open. Our staff is happy to discuss these possibilities with you.
