Part two of the WAM series by Director Emeritus James A. Welu coincides with George Clooney's latest Hollywood film, The Monuments Men. Four of the Monuments Men played important roles at the Worcester Art Museum. Three served as Director: Francis Henry Taylor, Charles Sawyer, and George Stout; and one as curator, Perry Cott. This Power Point lecture and gallery tour will explore the major achievements of these men as well as some of the works in the Museums collection that were affected by the Nazi era.
