Paste Paper
Using simple tools, a paste recipe, and pigments, you will create beautifully textured papers that are particularly suited to book arts, cards, wraps, collage, boxes, broadsides, and embellishments. We will cover some historic origins of making paste papers, including a local reference, make a colored paste recipe, and then apply it to paper to create pattern, texture, shape, and amazing depth. At the end of the day, you will have an assortment of truly unique papers that will beg to be transformed further.
